Before placing any orders, please ensure that have read and understood the terms and conditions applied.

1. Item are sold at first come first serve basic (Spammer not welcome). Item will be sold to buyers who can bank in first in cases of multiple demand.

2. Only serious buyers; no back outs or exchange after confirmation.

3. Buying is at your own risk.

4. All sales are final. Item sold are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.

5. Once confirmations were made, no back outs. If you do not want to purchase the particular item, please do send us an email to cancel the order.

6. Reservation is applied after orders are confirmed by submitting the order form. However, reservation is only valid for 3days only.

7. Item will be released to the other buyers after 3days. Or in first come first serve basic, especially to the others who manage to pay faster than the reservation made.

8. All items on display are New and in Perfect Condition. However, colors will vary due to computer's monitor settings.

9. Price stated are Final and Non-Negotiable.

10. Priority will be given to those who have submitted their order form with full details and can make the payment promptly.

11. Goods will be mailed the Next Day after payment is received (with the exception of Weekends an Public Holidays).

12. Buyers are to bear postage fees.

13. We will be using PosLaju Malaysia.

* Postage for Poslaju destination within Peninsular Malaysia costs about RM6 for first 500g and RM2 for next 250g and to Sabah/Sarawak costs about RM9 for first 500g and RM3 for next 250g.

* Postage for Pos Ekpres only for item below 500gm (For Sabah/Sarawak)

14. All accessories are not included unless stated; only for matching reference/suggestions.

15. Goods sold are NEW and in good condition. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred during posting.

16. Once you have received the goods, kindly send an email notify us ya. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, we will assume that you have already received the goods.

ORDER & PAYMENT

1. Submit the order form if you confirm your order; read the terms & conditions before submitting.

2. Your order will be be processed within 24 hours, wait for confirmation email from us which consists of account numbers for Maybank.

3. Please Reply the Comfirmation Email ASAP.

4. Make the payment within 3days of confirmation mail send out and notify us/ include our email 1dressaholic@gmail.com if you are using online banking.

5. Item(s) will be sent out on the next days of payment. Tracking number will be given through email.

* Do note that Buyers who bank in first will get the item in case there are multiple demands. *

Shipping Rates

Buyers are to bear postage fees. Estimated to arrive in 1-3days for Poslaju & Ekpres.

Post Laju (Signature needed)

RM 6.00 per item for first 500g to West Malaysia
* Additional postage charges of RM 2.00 will be charged for next 250g.

RM 9.00 per item for first 500g to East Malaysia
* Additional postage charges of RM 3.00 will be charged for next 250g.

Post Ekpres (No signature needed)
RM 4.00 per item for both West and East Malaysia
